Since I have been writing some How-Tos on bandwidth monitoring at Spiceworks I think I will port some of them here when I am done posting them there. It might be beneficial to some people. But you really need to visit the Spiceworks if you work in IT, it's a hobby, or you want to work in IT, it is an invaluable resource.
